Introduction
The most consistent component of the Topcon brand is the logo. It should be used on all communications developed and serves as the symbol of recognition for Topcon. To ensure that recognition, it should be used consistently and in accordance with our branding guidelines.
The symbol strongly suggests Opto-mechatronics, with the two ovals representing machine control technology as well as the western and eastern hemispheres. The horizontal line that runs through the middle represents optical technology. Overall, the mark expresses Topcon’s attitude toward global business with its dynamic vitality and drive for new challenges.
Logo variations
Wide logo
This is our wide logo using the blue icon with the black text. The strong horizontal flow and use of our corporate colors is the best display for our name and mark.
Tall logo
The tall logo is used to represent the Topcon brand when a small or otherwise uniquely shaped area would make using the primary logo illogical or impractical.
Symbol
There are some cases where neither the primary nor alternate logo work, specifically where the spelling of “Topcon” would be illegible. In these rare cases, the symbol alone can be used. Requires approval from the corporate brand team.
