Corporate literature

Introduction

Welcome to our Collateral Design System. This system is designed to maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all our brochures and datasheets, ensuring they effectively communicate our values and messages. Here, you'll find examples of our templates and an overview of the key principles that guide our design approach.

Consistent branding

Consistency is at the heart of our brand identity. By applying uniform design principles across all our literature, we ensure a cohesive and recognizable brand image. This consistency helps build trust and credibility with our audience.

To maintain consistency across all corporate literature while allowing for creative flexibility, we categorize elements into two groups: fixed and flexible. Understanding these categories helps ensure your documents align with our brand standards while adapting to specific needs.

Fixed elements

Document set-up

Standardized margins, grid structures, and page sizes provide a uniform framework for all our materials.

Styles

Consistent use of approved fonts, colors, and design elements ensures visual harmony.

Templates

Pre-designed templates and components offer a solid foundation for creating professional and polished documents.

Flexible elements

Imagery

Select and create images to best represent the content and context of each document.

Messaging

Tailor the tone and content to resonate with the specific audience while maintaining our brand’s voice.

Layouts

Adapt inner page layouts to enhance readability and effectively communicate the document’s objectives.

Cover Design Structure

Product and solution brochures follow distinct cover treatments to match their content focus:

  • Product Brochures feature a clean studio photograph of a single product (or suite of products), paired with an operational landscape image and a brand pattern. This composition highlights the physical product in context without overwhelming the layout.
  • Solution Brochures use a large application photograph that shows the product in real-world use, accompanied by a brand pattern. These covers are designed to tell a broader story about how our technology solves challenges in the field.

This approach ensures that each brochure cover aligns with its purpose—whether showcasing a specific product or representing an integrated solution.

Business area color coding

To bring visual clarity and consistency across our product-level collateral, we’ve assigned four primary colors that align with the major business areas of our organization:

  • Corporate / Software – Blue
  • Construction – Yellow
  • Geomatics – Flash Green
  • Agriculture – Green

These colors are an intentional part of our brand strategy, helping audiences quickly recognize the focus area of each solution. For example, our corporate blue is used across all software materials, since software often spans multiple verticals.

Our brochure templates have been thoughtfully updated to reflect this color system—there is no need to manually assign or modify color usage. Simply use the templates as provided to maintain consistency across our brand ecosystem.
